Pecorino is a typical Mediterranean cheese, already known and widespread during Roman Age. The texture is hard thanks to the temperature needed during the production (between 38° and 48° C). This is also why it is included in the so-called “half-cooked” cheeses. Made according to ancient tradition, we use only genuine products and raw milk. In our organic Pecorino del Parco you can still taste the unique fragrances and flavours of the herbs from the pastures of the uncorrupted lands in the Parks of Abruzzo.
