Organic Eucalyptus Honey
The flowers the bees feed from to produce this honey contain Eucalyptol; the oil that gives Eucalyptus its' characteristic cooling taste, and camphor-like smell; similar to that of bay leaf, sweet basil, rosemary, and sage. Is golden to light amber in color, with a tendency to stay liquid, and has a flavor similar to that of toffee, with notes of raisin.
