Miele di Girasole - Sunflower Honey
This is a very delicate and exceptional honey, quick to crystallize
(as it is raw and unfiltered like all our honey) - giving it a
pleasant bite and uncommon texture. Very bright golden yellow and
smooth, this honey works best when paired with stronger, more earthly
cheeses; we love it with our Brigantaccio!
