Verbasco is a honey derived from bees which feed on the Verbasco plant, commonly known as Great Mullien. It is a yellow-flowering biennial native to Europe. It is a hardy field plant, often found in pastures and can reach heights of over 7 feet. It has an intense citrus flavor with hints of grapefruit.
